1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aureon Labs, an AI automation and systems studio based in the Philippines. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules.
2. What we collect
We collect only what you send us. If you use the inquiry form, that is your name, your company name if you choose to give it, the contact detail you provide (email address or phone number), your preferred contact channel, and the content of your message. If you contact us directly on a messaging channel or by email, we receive whatever that channel shows us. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
3. Why we use it
We use your information for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if we go on to work together, to communicate about that work. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising, and we do not send marketing messages to people who only sent us an inquiry.
4. Who else sees it
Inquiries reach us through infrastructure and messaging providers that necessarily process the message in transit. We share your information with no one else, and we disclose it to authorities only where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as the conversation is live, and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick up where we left off. Beyond that we delete them. Records tied to an actual engagement are kept for as long as the applicable tax and accounting rules require.
6. Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, have it corrected, object to how we use it, ask us to delete or block it, receive a copy of it, and be indemnified for damage caused by its misuse. Write to us and we will act on your request. You may also bring a complaint to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
7. Keeping it safe
Inquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections and access is limited to the people at Aureon Labs who need it to answer you. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affects your information, we will notify you and the National Privacy Commission as the law requires.
8. Changes and contact
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Aureon Labs is in the process of incorporating in the Philippines; once registration completes, the registered company name and address will be published here. Until then, reach us by email for anything relating to your personal information.
